Patchwork Embroidered Fob Brooch

This is a really unique statement brooch that I loved making. It began with the patchwork which is English paper piecing in 2.5cm hexagons using tiny floral prints. The scrap of woven cotton it's appliquéd is a tree from a Toile de Jouy print in rose pink that I've stitched and beaded into.

The brooch measures 7x5.5 cm plus the pin and can also be used as a pincushion.
