Important Notice.
I am really sorry to announce that from 28th November 2024, I will only be providing UK shipping options on my website, not including  N.Ireland. If you live outside of the UK and wish to discuss shipping options then please get in touch. Unfortunately, it is very unlikely that I will be able to accomodate customers in the EU and NI because of new regulations.


Shipping Information

Orders are shipped within 3 working days.  I do usually post the same day but please get in touch as soon as possible if you need a fast service to avoid disappointment.  Likewise I will get in touch with you immedietely if there is a possibility of a delay or problems with your order.

Packaging and Gift Options.
Every parcel I send out, will be individually packaged with care and attention.  I don't include any billing information inside the parcel and most items include gift packaging. I can even send items to your gift recipients with a message from you if you would like.

As well as ensuring that your items arrive with you safely and at the lowest possible cost, I also do my best to re-use packaging and keep plastic to a minimum.

Shipping Rates and Services

Owing to the cost of standard postage rising, it is now more economical to ship all items using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.  You will be charged a flat rate of £3.50 for this service at the checkout.

If you would like me to ship your order using a cheaper, slower, faster, more or less secure method then please get in touch as soon as possible so that I can try to accomodate you.

 

Duties, Taxes and Other Charges.
IMPORTANT : In the event of a special arrangement to ship outside of the UK you may be asked to pay VAT and duties directly to your courier upon delivery. 

Unfortunately, I do not set and am not responsible for these charges.  Please make sure that you make yourself aware of any local charges that may be incurred in your country before ordering as I cannot accept returns or offer refunds for this reason.
