Shipping to the EU Temporarily Suspended.
I would like to offer my very sincere apologies to all of my fabulous customers in the EU. I have made the very difficult decision to temporarily suspend postage to Europe while I take some advice and make sure that I am ticking all the right boxes now that Brexit is in full effect.
Obviously this is very frustrating but the sad truth is, as a micro business and sole trader I have no idea what I am doing as regards the new rules.
Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would like to reserve any items from my online shops while I try to figure things out.
Once again, I'm so sorry about this. I still see myself and my business as European and this is really difficult to get my head around - but get my head around it I will and normal service will hopefully be resumed as soon as possible.
Much love
Paula x

Your Parcel
Every parcel I send out, anywhere in the world will be individually packaged with care and attention.  I don't include any billing information inside the parcel and most items include gift packaging. I can even send items to your gift recipients with a message from you if you would like.

As well as ensuring that your items arrive with you safely and at the lowest possible cost, I also do my best to re-use packaging and keep plastic to a minimum.  You will always find my "Re-used" stamp somewhere on your parcel.

I use Royal Mail as my carrier and my shipping prices reflect the current rates plus a very small charge for packaging.  My standard shipping method is First Class Standard but there is an option for Tracked and Signed for at an extra cost.

Import VAT and other costs.
If you are a customer from outside the UK then you probably already know that buying goods from abroad can sometimes result in additional taxes and duty being charged when your lovely things arrive in your country.

Import limits and rates charged vary from country to country, some US states have additional taxes applied to purchases.  Please familiarise yourself with your country's charges before completing your purchase as I can't take any responsibility for any charges incurred.

Eu Customers and Brexit
The UK has now left the European Union. If you are a customer in the EU then you are currently charged IMPORT VAT on goods you purchase from non-eu countries that are valued over €22.  From January 1st this also applies to goods bought from us here in the UK.  (This will change again when the new Eu 2021 Ecommerce Vat Packaged is Launched on July 1st and the €22 threshold is scrapped).
Please be aware of this change if you are making your first UK purchase since Brexit as you may be subject to unexpected charges when your parcel arrives.
